FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ'S)

HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER ?

To make any changes, you can text us at 416-871-3322 or email us at, eloquentfloramilton@gmail.com, we'd will be delighted to help you through the planning process!

HOW DOES THE DELIVERY WORK?

We ensure our flowers are sourced at their freshest, arriving with closed or tight buds.

Our local delivery team, rather than a shipping service like Purolator or FedEx, will handle the delivery, ensuring your flowers are directly and carefully delivered from us to you.

CAN WE SET UP A CALL?

Certainly! We understand the importance of clear communication for your special day. While we primarily communicate through email to ensure we have a paper trail for accuracy, we also accept calls. Please feel free to call us at +1 (647) 656-4636, or send an email to eloquentfloramilton@gmail.com. If you send us your needs via email, we will provide you with a quote within 2 hours during our business hours. Our design team will be in touch as soon as possible!

WHAT ARE THE BOUQUETS TIED WITH?

We hand-tie our bouquets with ribbon to achieve our signature garden-inspired, wildflower aesthetic.

Some of our wedding clients have enjoyed a creative DIY touch by adding floral ribbon—simply trim the loose ends of the twine and wrap the ribbon over it!

DO I NEED TO REFRIGERATE MY FLOWERS?

We only advise refrigerating your flowers if you plan on gifting them the next day.

The longer they sit in room temperature, the more the flowers will bloom.
